I create sacred containers that allow women to feel seen, heard and safe to process what's on their heart while re-prioritizing their essence of joy. As a multi-passionate creator, my work includes mindful movement, creative ritual guidance, and holistic self care. Through my 1:1 offerings, intentional gatherings, and online studio, we'll work together to strengthen your mind-body connection, prioritize your play and create space to welcome in vibrant wellbeing.
Everything I teach and embody I learned the hard way through many seasons of perfectionism, overwork, under-nourishment and martyrdom, allowing me to alchemize these experiences, dive into healing on a soul level and share deeply transformational work rooted in gentle awareness. The awareness that teaches you to notice what nourishes you, where your energy flows, and remember your wholeness within.
Freya Cottage, (affectionately named after Freya, the Norse goddess of magick) is your soft landing place to lean into that gentle awareness. This space is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
I believe it’s possible for you to reconnect with this innate wisdom. To feel grounded yet expansive, strong yet safe in your softness. If you're ready to feel deeply at home in your body and cultivate the creative and energetic wellbeing you've been craving, I'm here for you.
my mission is simple
Freya Cottage is a haven for well-rounded energetic renewal, where each practice is crafted to help you move with intention, create with heart and elevate daily rituals.
First and most importantly: a mother and wife who is deeply devoted to generational healing.
Certified Yoga Therapist in-training, 200hr certified yoga teacher, yin yoga certified yoga teacher and Reiki I & II practitioner.
A multi-passionate artisan in constant exploration of natural dyes, sewing, embroidery, weaving, pottery, nature crafting, writing, and vegan baking.
Crafty hearth witch and lifelong devotee of ayurveda, yoga, earth-based knowledge, and creative visualization wisdom.
My creative practice is deeply rooted in yoga- a Sanskrit word meaning “to unite.” Weaving together the healing and creative arts has brought me a profound sense of fulfillment as a mother and mindful movement guide. This cultivation of wholehearted wellbeing continues to inspire the way I teach and hold space for others.
Through this practice of connection — to body, breath, creativity, and the world around us — we find energetic expansion, nurture healing, and invite transformation, both within ourselves and for the collective consciousness.
